Delivery Helper (Part-Time)

Toads Jump is growing, and we’re looking for dependable, hardworking team members who enjoy staying active and being part of unforgettable events. If you like working outdoors, don’t mind breaking a sweat, and want a job that’s never boring, this could be a great fit for you.

Position Overview

As a Delivery Helper, you’ll play a key role in bringing events to life. From backyard birthday parties to large community and school events, you’ll help deliver, set up, clean, and operate our equipment to ensure every customer has a safe, smooth, and exciting experience.

This is a hands-on, physical position that requires working outdoors in various weather conditions, including summer heat.


Pay & Schedule

  • Starting Pay: $16.90 per hour + tips

  • Position Type: Part-time

  • Hours: Vary based on rental schedule

  • Typical Schedule: Friday–Monday

  • Additional weekdays may be required depending on rental demand

  • Weekend availability is required


Responsibilities

Delivery & Setup

  • Load and unload inflatables and event equipment

  • Safely set up and secure bounce houses, slides, obstacle courses, and other inflatables

  • Break down and properly roll and secure inflatables after events

Cleaning & Maintenance

  • Clean and sanitize inflatables

  • Clean and maintain tables, chairs, and concession equipment

  • Ensure all equipment is event-ready and meets safety standards

Event Operations

  • Staff events as needed

  • Operate and assist with foam parties

  • Help run Gellyball parties

  • Assist with concessions equipment during events

  • Provide friendly, professional customer interaction on-site

This is a work-from-home opportunity focused on building relationships with schools, corporate offices, churches, and organizations.

✨ What You’ll Do:
• Outbound business-to-business sales
• Follow up with leads
• Create and manage customer orders
• Take inbound calls (through our company app — your personal number stays private)
• Engage on social media & help with blog posts
• Edit, update, and utilize company Google Docs
• Attend Zoom/Google Meet meetings with management
• Other tasks as needed.

💰 Hourly pay + commission + performance bonuses

We’re looking for someone who:

Clean Rental Equipment
Ages 16+ Must have good work ethic and be able to properly clean and put away rental equipment.

Weekends are required. May be on an as needed basis.

Supervise Inflatables and/or Equipment. Ages 16+ Must be neat in appearance, good with kids and responsible. Event Attendants may be responsible for monitoring inflatable units and make sure all rules are followed. Event Attendants may be required for operating concession machines which include Cotton Candy Machine, Popcorn Machine, Snow Cone Machine, and/or Foam Machine. Event Attendant may be required to monitor Gellyball events. As an Event Attendant, staff may be required to handle cash during the duration of event as well as interact with customers and children.

Weekends are required as many of our events are on the weekends. Some weekdays may be required. Background check will be required.

Experience is not necessary. We will train the right candidate.

Starting Pay: $16.90/hr+

Delivery & Pick Up Ages 25+ Must be neat in appearance, good with kids, responsible and be able to lift up to 75 lbs. and dolly up to 600 lbs. Driver’s license IS required with clean driving record. Experience pulling trailers is a plus.

Job responsibilities include setting up inflatables and concessions for customers. Setting up may include staking inflatables or carrying and installing sandbags to anchor points of inflatables.

Weekends are required. Background check will be required.

No experience needed. We will train the right candidate.

Starting Pay: $18/hr+ Depending on experience. Plus tips.

We are looking for a Contract Face Painter. This means it is not an hourly position and you will receives 1099 at the end of the year. As a Face Painter with Toads Jump all Covid precautions will be followed. This position may require weekend work for parties and corporate events/Farmer’s Markets. As a Contract Face Painter you must use non toxic face paint and be great with children. Customer service is top priority. Wage will be negotiated.
