• Water slides for hot summer days, with a splash pool at the bottom.
• Obstacle courses and interactive games so friends can race head to head.
• A dunk tank for school carnivals and fundraisers. Riders must be at least 5 ft tall, no more than 250 lbs, able to swim, one at a time, with an adult operator on duty. It needs about 5 to 10 ft of width and 10 to 12 ft of depth, plus clear space overhead since it stands about 6 to 8 ft tall, and it’s picked up the same day.
• Fully staffed foam parties, where our crew runs the foam cannon and handles cleanup.
• Tents, plus tables and chairs dropped off in a designated area, and concession machines like cotton candy and snow cones.

How Delivery to Healdsburg, Windsor, Geyserville and Cloverdale Works

• Delivery fee: These towns are outside Lake County, so a delivery fee based on distance from Hidden Valley Lake is added to your order. A minimum order applies for delivery to this area. You’ll find delivery details on our Service Area page, or you can check it for your address while you book.
• Setup and takedown: Our crew sets everything up before your party and comes back to take it all down at pickup. Tables and chairs are dropped off in a designated area.
• Grass or pavement: On grass we use stakes. On pavement or anywhere we can’t stake, we use sandbags, and that can add a charge, so tell us your surface when you book.

Weekend Deal: 4 Days for the Price of 1

Want the fun to last all weekend at home? Depending on availability, we can drop your rental off on Friday and pick it up on Monday, so you get 4 days for the price of 1. Delivery isn’t included, and a delivery fee based on distance is added. Just ask about the weekend deal when you book. The dunk tank isn’t part of the weekend deal, since it has to be picked up the same day.

Getting Your Yard Ready

• Measure first. Check the setup area on the rental’s page, then measure your space.
• Clear the spot. Pick up sticks, rocks, toys and pet waste, and cut the grass no later than the day before. Dry or dead grass is fine; we can lay a tarp under the unit.
• Leave a clear path. Most units need a path at least 36 inches wide from the truck to the setup spot. We can’t carry equipment up more than 3 steps or down a steep path, and any slope needs to be paved. Gates and tight spots? Let us know ahead of time.
• Plan your power. Most bounce houses need one standard outlet within 50 feet, used only for the bounce house. We bring the extension cords. No outlet nearby? We can bring a generator for an added fee if you arrange it in advance.
• Water rentals. For water slides, wet combos and the dunk tank, you’ll need a working spigot. We provide hoses for up to 50 feet from the spigot to the setup area. The dunk tank doesn’t need power.

Planning a Park Party

Thinking about a park? Check with the park first. Not every city allows inflatables, most parks want an approved permit on file before anything is set up, and most parks don’t allow water, so water slides usually aren’t an option. Most parks don’t allow a dunk tank either, because there’s no water access. A few will, but you need to set up water access with the park yourself before you book, since we don’t arrange it. We send our Certificate of Liability Insurance to the park for you, parks need a generator since there are no outlets we can use, and park rentals include a park fee. Someone from your group needs to stay with the equipment until our crew picks it up. The full details are on our Park Party Rentals page.

Reserving Your Date

Once your deposit is paid, your rentals are reserved for your date, and the deposit goes toward your total. The rest is due at delivery, either charged to the card on file or paid in cash. Our crew doesn’t carry change. Warmer months are our busiest time, so it’s best to reserve early.

If Rain Is in the Forecast

If weather forces a cancellation before we set up, you can reschedule at no added cost by moving your deposit to another date within one year, or get a refund. If you cancel at least 24 hours before your event, you’ll get a full refund for weather only. Once we’ve set up, there are no refunds if it rains.
