What “on time” means at Toads Jump
On time means arriving within the confirmed delivery window with enough time to complete the planned setup before your rental is scheduled to begin. Most deliveries use a window rather than one exact minute because the route includes loading, travel, multiple events, setup conditions, and safe equipment handling.
We Review the Details
We look at event times, locations, equipment, setup access, park rules, staffing, pickup needs, and notes before building the route.
We Build the Route
Stops are arranged to protect time-sensitive events while allowing realistic travel, setup, loading, and unloading time for the delivery team.
We Communicate
As the event approaches, we confirm important timing information and coordinate any early-delivery or special-access arrangements with you.
TIME
Your confirmed window matters
A delivery window gives our team enough flexibility to serve each event carefully without rushing setup or sacrificing safety. Your rental period and event start time are still central to the plan.
- Please make sure the setup area and direct access path are ready.
- Have gates unlocked and provide any access codes before arrival.
- Arrange for an authorized adult or venue contact when required.
- Tell us about stairs, slopes, narrow gates, distance, or other obstructions in advance.
Early delivery may be offered when it fits the route
Sometimes the best way to protect your event timing is to deliver the day before or earlier than initially expected—especially when a staffed event, park delivery, large order, or busy weekend affects the route. We coordinate an early delivery with you first; we do not simply arrive a day early without making arrangements.
How your delivery is planned
- Your booking gives us the foundation. We use the event date, rental period, address, inventory, and answers to the setup questions.
- We identify time-sensitive stops. Parks, schools, company events, staffed events, exact-time requests, and same-day pickups may require special placement on the route.
- We include the work around the drive. Loading at the warehouse, safe setup, equipment checks, teardown, return travel, and unloading all require real time.
- We coordinate the final plan. Notes and customer messages are reviewed as the event gets closer so the schedule reflects the most current information.
Parks and public venues
Park deliveries are often more time-sensitive and may require permits, generators, insurance documentation, a specific access point, and same-day pickup. Share all park rules early.
Exact delivery times
If you need a narrow or exact delivery timeframe rather than a standard window, select the exact-delivery option when available. An additional fee may apply because the route must be built around that commitment.
Staffed events
When Toads Jump team members must remain at an event, that block of time affects every other stop. Other rentals may be delivered early to keep the full schedule workable.
Pickup timing
Most rentals are picked up the following day unless the booking, venue, or event schedule requires same-day pickup. We coordinate the applicable pickup window as part of the route plan.

- Provide the complete and correct event address.
- Answer setup-obstruction questions accurately.
- Tell us about parks, gates, stairs, hills, elevators, or long carrying distances.
- Send venue timing requirements and contact information.
- Keep your phone available near the delivery window.
- Notify us promptly if your event time or location changes.
Weather, road closures, emergencies, unsafe site conditions, or unexpected access problems can affect timing. If something outside the normal plan creates a delay, communication becomes our first priority.
