Licensed & Insured Party Rentals
When equipment, guests, and a venue come together, the details matter. Toads Jump carries a full insurance policy and follows safety-focused practices so families, schools, businesses, parks, and community organizations can book with greater confidence.
More than a box to check
Insurance is an important part of operating a responsible rental company. It shows that we take our equipment, our work, and the places we serve seriously. It also helps us work with venues that require documentation before rental equipment can be set up.
Commercial Insurance
Toads Jump maintains insurance coverage for our rental operations. If your venue asks for proof, contact us with the exact requirements and event details.
Certificates of Insurance
Schools, companies, parks, and other venues may request a certificate of insurance. Some organizations may already have documentation on file, while new certificates must be processed for the event.
Additional Insured Requests
If an organization must be named as additionally insured, tell us during booking. These requests may need to go through our insurance carrier and should be submitted with advance notice.

Safety is part of the whole process
Insurance works alongside good operating practices. Our approach includes:
- Inspecting equipment before and after rentals
- Cleaning and preparing items between events
- Evaluating the setup area and direct access path
- Using appropriate anchoring and setup procedures
- Providing operating and safety instructions
- Planning for venue rules, staffing, and time-sensitive requirements
Planning an event at a school, company, park, or special venue?
Ask the venue what documentation it requires before you reserve. Requirements can differ by location. Having the venue’s legal name, address, contact person, required coverage wording, and deadline helps us determine what must be submitted.
How to request insurance documentation
- Book or contact us with your event details. Include the event date, location, and type of event.
- Send the venue’s written requirements. A sample certificate or exact wording from the venue is especially helpful.
- Allow time for processing. New certificates and additional-insured requests may require our carrier’s involvement.
- Watch for confirmation. We will let you know when the request has been handled or if more information is needed.
Common questions
Does every backyard party need a certificate?
No. Certificates are generally requested by venues, schools, companies, parks, or organizations. A typical private residence usually does not ask for one.
Are certificates available immediately?
Not always. Existing documentation may be faster, but a new certificate or special wording can require processing by our insurance carrier.
Is a certificate the same as being additionally insured?
No. A certificate shows evidence of coverage. Being named additionally insured is a separate request and must be specifically identified by the organization.
What if I do not know what my venue needs?
Ask the venue for its rental-vendor insurance requirements in writing, then send them to us. That prevents missing names, addresses, wording, or deadlines.
