Their prices were more than fair, they took the time to explain everything and advise me on all the services they offered and what to expect. They were flexible with me to work around my schedule for delivery and pickup. The water slide was clean, in good shape and exactly as described. No. Our crew sets it up and takes everything down at pickup.

Does a bounce house need power?
Yes. Most bounce houses need one standard outlet within 50 feet, used only for the bounce house. No outlet nearby? We can bring a generator for an added fee if you arrange it in advance.

Can you set up on my driveway?
Yes. On concrete or asphalt we anchor with sandbags instead of stakes. Let us know when you book, since sandbag setups can add a charge.

How clean is the equipment?
Every unit is cleaned and sanitized after each rental, and we sanitize it again when we deliver.

What if it rains?
If weather forces a cancellation before we set up, you can reschedule at no added cost by moving your deposit to another date within one year, or get a refund. If you cancel at least 24 hours before your event, you’ll get a full refund for weather only. Once we’ve set up, there are no refunds if it rains.
