How Delivery to Calistoga and St Helena Works
Delivery fee: Calistoga and St Helena are outside Lake County, so a delivery fee based on distance from Hidden Valley Lake is added to your order. A minimum order applies for delivery to this area. You’ll find delivery details on our Service Area page, or you can check it for your address while you book.
Setup and takedown: Our crew sets everything up before your party and comes back to take it all down at pickup.
Grass or pavement: On grass we use stakes. On pavement or anywhere we can’t stake, we use sandbags, and that can add a charge, so tell us your surface when you book.
We also bring bounce houses up the hill to Angwin and out to Pope Valley, delivered from our base in Hidden Valley Lake.
Getting Your Yard Ready
Measure first. Check the setup area on the rental’s page, then measure your space.
Clear the spot. Pick up sticks, rocks, toys and pet waste, and cut the grass no later than the day before. Dry or dead grass is fine; we can lay a tarp under the unit.
Leave a clear path. Most units need a path at least 36 inches wide from the truck to the setup spot. We can’t carry equipment up more than 3 steps or down a steep path, and any slope needs to be paved. Gates and tight spots? Let us know ahead of time.
Plan your power. Most bounce houses need one standard outlet within 50 feet, used only for the bounce house. We bring the extension cords. No outlet nearby? We can bring a generator for an added fee if you arrange it in advance.
Going wet? For a wet combo, you’ll need a working spigot. We provide hoses for up to 50 feet from the spigot to the setup area.
Planning a Park Party
Thinking about a park? Check with the city or park first. Not every city allows inflatables, and most parks want an approved permit on file before anything is set up. Most parks don’t allow water, so plan on a dry bounce house or combo. We send our Certificate of Liability Insurance to the park for you, parks need a generator since there are no outlets we can use, and park rentals include a park fee. Someone from your group needs to stay with the equipment until our crew picks it up. The full details are on our Park Party Rentals page.

Reserving Your Date
Once your deposit is paid, your rentals are reserved for your date, and the deposit goes toward your total. The rest is due at delivery, either charged to the card on file or paid in cash. Our crew doesn’t carry change. Warmer months are our busiest time, so reserve early if you can.
If Rain Is in the Forecast
If weather forces a cancellation before we set up, you can reschedule at no added cost by moving your deposit to another date within one year, or get a refund. If you cancel at least 24 hours before your event, you’ll get a full refund for weather only. Once we’ve set up, there are no refunds if it rains.
Clean Equipment, Every Time
Every unit is cleaned and sanitized after each rental, and we sanitize it again when we deliver.

We had such a wonderful experience with Toads Jump for my daughter’s birthday party! From start to finish, the entire process was easy and stress-free. They were incredibly helpful with all of the HOA requirements and made sure everything was taken care of, which we really appreciated.
Setup was smooth, they arrived on time, and pickup was just as easy. The bounce house was clean, looked great, and was a huge hit with all of the kids. It truly helped make the party extra special.
