Dedicated on-site coordination so your large event stays organized from start to finish. Best for gatherings with tight timing, multiple activities, and lots of moving parts.

Your coordinator helps keep the schedule on track, keeps teams aligned, and handles logistical needs as they come up — so hosts can focus on guests, not logistics.

Ideal for bigger celebrations, staff events, community gatherings, and other occasions where dependable coordination makes the day smoother for everyone.

Need someone to monitor the inflatable or concession machine? We can help with that! Staff member is PER HOUR, per inflatable or concession. We will not allow one person to monitor multiple units on site. 

Examples:
Basic bounce house requires ONE (1) staff member
Combo bounce house with a slide requires TWO (2) staff members (One at the entrance and one at the slide)
Waterslide requires at minimum ONE (1) staff member, but TWO (2) is highly recommended (One to monitor the stairs and one to monitor the slide/pool)

If you are renting a basic bounce house and a water slide: You will be required to staff TWO (2) employees, but THREE (3) is recommended PER HOUR
