🚚 DELIVERY: We deliver to Hidden Valley Lake and surrounding areas (delivery fees calculated at checkout).

🌧 RAIN POLICY: Rain in the forecast? We can still deliver, but wet inflatables get slippery, so many families choose to move their date. Just let us know at least 24 hours ahead and we'll reschedule at no extra cost. Your deposit stays on file and can go toward another rental within one year. Once we've set up, there are no refunds if it rains.
👧👦 OCCUPANCY: A maximum of 5-6 kids of equal size at one time for bounce houses, and 1 person at a time for slides is what most inflatable manufacturers recommend.
🧽 CLEANING: All units are cleaned and sanitized before use.
🛡️ INSURANCE: Toads Jump carries specialty insurance coverage for our inflatables and party rental equipment. Proof of insurance is available upon request.
