Questions We Hear About Water Slides in Middletown

Do you bring the hose?
Yes, we provide the hoses for up to 50 feet from the spigot to the setup area. If it’s farther, please have extra hose ready or arrange more with us in advance.

Can we have a water slide at a park?
Usually not. Most parks don’t allow water use, so check with the park and ask us before you book.

Do I have to take the slide down myself?
No. Our crew sets it up and takes everything down at pickup.

How clean are the water slides?
Every unit is cleaned and sanitized after each rental, and we sanitize it again when we deliver.

What if it rains?
If weather forces a cancellation before we set up, you can reschedule at no added cost by moving your deposit to another date within one year, or get a refund. If you cancel at least 24 hours before your event, you’ll get a full refund for weather only. Once we’ve set up, there are no refunds if it rains.
