How Delivery to Santa Rosa Works

• Delivery fee: Santa Rosa is outside Lake County, so a delivery fee based on distance is added to your order. You’ll find delivery details on our Service Area page, or you can check it for your address while you book.
• Setup and takedown: Our crew sets everything up before your party and comes back to take it all down at pickup.
• Grass or pavement: We can set up on grass or on a hard surface like a driveway. On grass we use stakes. On pavement or anywhere we can’t stake, we use sandbags, and that can add a charge, so tell us your surface when you book.

Weekend Deal: 4 Days for the Price of 1

Want the fun to last all weekend? Depending on availability, we can drop your rental off on Friday and pick it up on Monday, so you get 4 days for the price of 1. Delivery isn’t included, and a delivery fee based on distance is added. Just ask about the weekend deal when you book.

Getting Your Yard Ready

• Measure first. Check the setup area on the rental’s page, then measure your space. A good rule of thumb is that most bounce houses fit in a standard two-car driveway.
• Clear the spot. Pick up sticks, rocks, toys, and pet waste, and cut the grass no later than the day before. Dry or dead grass is fine; we can lay a tarp under the unit.
• Leave a clear path. Most units need a path at least 36 inches wide from the truck to the setup spot. We can’t carry equipment up more than 3 steps or down a steep path, and any slope needs to be paved. Gates and tight spots? Let us know ahead of time.
• Plan your power. Most bounce houses need one standard outlet within 50 feet, used only for the bounce house. We bring the extension cords. No outlet nearby? We can bring a generator for an added fee if you arrange it in advance.
• Sprinklers. Tell us anywhere we shouldn’t stake, and turn sprinklers off for overnight rentals.

Planning a Party at a Santa Rosa Park

We can set up at parks in Santa Rosa. A park party just takes a little more planning:

• Make sure the park allows inflatables, and get your permit approved and on file before the party. Send us the area shown on your permit so we know where to set up.
• We send our Certificate of Liability Insurance to the park for you.
• Parks don’t have outlets for inflatables, so you’ll need a generator. Ours comes with a full tank, and our crew starts it. If you bring your own, it needs to be at least 3500 watts, and someone from your party needs to start it.
• We anchor with sandbags at parks. Most parks don’t allow water, so water slides usually aren’t an option there.
• Park rentals include a park fee for the permit paperwork, and someone from your group needs to stay with the equipment until our crew picks it up.

Reserving Your Date

Once your deposit is paid, your bounce house is reserved for your date, and the deposit goes toward your total. The rest is due at delivery, either charged to the card on file or paid in cash. Our crew doesn’t carry change. Warmer months are our busiest time, so it’s best to reserve early.

If Rain Is in the Forecast

Rain in the forecast? We can still deliver, but wet inflatables get slippery, so many families choose to move their date. If weather forces a cancellation before we set up, you can get a refund or move your deposit to another date within one year. If you cancel at least 24 hours before your event, you’ll get a full refund for weather only. Once we’ve set up, there are no refunds if it rains.
